The EDRS, Inc. Treatment Fund is available to all California residents who are in need of financial assistance in order to pursue or continue treatment for an eating disorder. This fund is sponsored by donations made by friends of EDRS and through fundraising events. If you would like to apply for a treatment scholarship, please download and complete the Treatment Fund Application below and mail it to the address provided on the form.
